These Terms govern your use of the Soul Bloom app (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms supplement Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. If they conflict, Apple's Standard EULA controls.
You must be at least 13 years old or the minimum age required in your country. If you are not legally an adult, use the App only with permission from a parent or guardian.
Soul Bloom provides Bible reading, quizzes, Scripture organized around feelings or life moments, and prayer and reflection prompts. The App is for personal spiritual education and encouragement.
The App does not provide medical, mental health, legal, or other professional advice. Its mood categories, prayers, and reflections are not a diagnosis or treatment. If you are in danger, experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, or considering self-harm, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.
Subject to these Terms and Apple's Standard EULA, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control.
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, disrupt, misuse, scrape, or unlawfully distribute the App or its content, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
The App's software, design, quizzes, original prayers, reflections, graphics, and branding belong to us or our licensors. Bible translations and other third-party materials belong to their respective rights holders and may have separate usage restrictions.
Access to the App does not transfer ownership of any content. You may share content only through available sharing features and as permitted by law and the relevant rights holder.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. The App uses Firebase, Adjust, and Amplitude for analytics, attribution, diagnostics, performance monitoring, and product improvement. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or content. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from use of the App. Our total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the App in the previous 12 months or US$10. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
You may stop using and delete the App at any time. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, create a security risk, or if required by law.
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the App, support, and claims relating to it. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the Apple-related provisions.
We may update these Terms and will revise the Effective Date when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.
